Thank You for Your Food Drive Contributions!
To our clients who attended our 2nd Annual Skate & Share Christmas Party, a huge THANK YOU for the very generous support of our food drive benefitting The Compass Lakeshore Outreach Centre!
We are pleased that more of you chose to attend the event this Holiday Season, and hope that you had a good time and will attend again.
Thank you to the kids who helped us draw the tickets for door prizes and to the families who couldn't stay to skate but still took time from their busy schedules to drop off their contributions.
We would also like to acknowledge that prizes for our draw were provided by the following:
Michael's Hair Body Mind
Dr. Dev Sarathy, Chiropractor
A Line Auto and Tire
Geomagnetite
Leslie Collins, RMT
Alice Fahey, State Farm Insurance
Ms. Desovic
We are happy to share with you that our guests contributed even more non-perishable food items than in 2009! Almost double, in fact. Enough to fill a mini-van!
In addition to the food, a box of warm hats, scarves, and mittens was also donated just in time for a Canadian winter. Your contributions were delivered to The Compass in early December.
This past Wednesday, Dr. Ozanic and some of the team members went grocery shopping to match your contributions. We filled one more mini-van and made our second trip to The Compass. Dr. Ozanic was happily and gratefully greeted by the staff and some patrons, who gladly accepted your gifts.

Did you "max out" on your dental insurance in 2010?
Most dental insurance providers have an annual maximum reimbursement allowance for dental services. For many, the benefit period is a Calendar Year (Jan.1-Dec.31)
If you have incomplete dental treatment, and would like to schedule an appointment, check your policy to confirm if your annual maximum was refreshed on January 1st.
